Shipping Policy

ColourPop Cosmetics works to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Review these terms before submitting a purchase.

Processing and delivery estimates

Payment must be confirmed before processing begins. We process an order within 0–1 business day. Processing occurs Monday through Friday and excludes weekends and public holidays; an order placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday moves to the next business day.

Once processing is complete and the order ships, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. The usual combined estimate for processing plus shipping is 3–6 business days. Shipping days are Monday through Friday, and packages are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

Checkout charges and destinations

Any applicable shipping rate appears clearly at checkout before purchase completion. When free shipping is available, checkout will display it. We currently ship only within the United States, and checkout shows the destinations that can be selected.

Before submitting an order, provide a complete and accurate shipping address. ColourPop Cosmetics is not responsible for a delay or failed delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable address supplied by the customer.

Tracking an order

After shipment, a shipping-confirmation email includes tracking information when that information is available. Allow up to 24 hours after the carrier receives the package for tracking details to update.

Delays and address corrections

Although most orders arrive within the estimate, carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, high order volume, or another circumstance beyond our control may cause a delay. If the estimated timeframe passes without delivery, contact us so we can help check the delivery status.

Review the shipping address carefully before ordering. If it is incorrect or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee a change after the order has been processed or dispatched.

Packages marked delivered

If tracking says delivered but the package is missing, first check around the delivery location and ask the carrier for more information. If assistance is still needed, our customer-support team will help review the issue.
